Infonative Solutions Limited announced that it has acquired a majority stake in the fast-growing EdTech startup – Digital Benchers. Infonative Solutions is a BSE-listed Learning Transformation company that provides solutions to large enterprises across multiple industries.

Digital Benchers is a fast-growing startup that offers AI-powered personalized learning, intelligent study planning, adaptive diagnostics, and performance analytics to competitive exam aspirants in various sectors, including Defense and Allied Services exams.

The acquisition will enable Infonative Solutions Limited to expand its footprint from Corporate Learning to the EdTech sector, making it one of the few listed companies with a very broad spectrum of services. With this acquisition, Infonative Solutions Limited becomes one of the best small-cap e-learning companies in India.

Saurabh Kathuria, Co-Founder of Infonative Solutions Limited, said, “This acquisition strengthens our capabilities, expands our learning ecosystem, and opens new opportunities to create greater value through technology-led learning. Our vision is to use AI, technology, content, and data to make learning more personalized, measurable, and outcome driven.”

Quasif Mohaboob Ansari, Co-Founder of Digital Benchers, said, “We have a very successful model that has helped thousands of students sharpen their edge in competitive exams through a personalized approach powered by AI. With Infonative Solutions, a corporate leader in Learning Transformation, our platform is poised to help millions of students build successful careers through competitive examinations.”

Digital Benchers was founded by four ex-Unacademy executives - Mr. Ashish Kumar, Dr. Amit Shishodia, Mr. Sunny Rustagi, and Mr. Quasif Mohaboob Ansari, with a vision to revolutionize competitive exam preparation using the latest AI models. The platform is being used by several thousand students to prepare for and succeed in competitive exams for the National Defence Academy and similar government jobs.

The transaction was approved under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The market analysts say that this is a good time to invest in the best small-cap e-learning companies in India, with the potential to gain 5X returns over the next 5–6 years.
